Your Equity & Inclusion Partners

About Us

Reclaiming Us is an equity and inclusion consulting services firm. We specialize in helping you build, renew and/or grow your equity and inclusion impact. Blending themes like mindfulness and emotional resilience with cultural humility and social equity, we take a unique approach to ensure meaningful impact within your organization. We help you define the tangible actions that will remove barriers to equity and growth. Together, we can create the culture change you've been hoping for.

In 2023, we aim to launch a program focused on diversity, inclusion and equity practitioners. This group has a high stress and burnout rate, which leads to high turnover in the position. They are often also women, people of color and other historically marginalized identities. When they do better at work, we all do. We will launch a cohort model program that would focus on healing, professional development and community for folks doing this work. We believe this will provide deeper and longer-lasting equity impact within companies.
